I am trying to update the team websites and added my name into the user area for team 5 and now I locked myself out, please reset me, I also need the ability to make changes to the teams.

If you are trying to individually update each team page, you can log in to the website, go to site maintenance and in the top right corner will be a drop down box that will allow you to update and manage each individual team page.
